Jacobs Engineering, a prominent Fortune 500 company, offers a wide array of technical, professional, and construction services catering to industrial, commercial, and governmental sectors. Recently, Jacobs sought to enhance workplace safety by introducing a user-friendly Safety Observation Report (SOR) app. The objective was to empower their workforce to promptly relay incident reports to supervisors and stakeholders, leveraging the convenience of mobile devices.
