<p>The Skillup project involves the development of a cutting-edge learning and development portal and application for Kipros LLP, a group of companies based in Kazakhstan. This innovative system is designed to enhance employee development and streamline HR management practices.</p> <p>This application boasts an array of educational programs, a comprehensive progress assessment system for employee development, an intuitive organizational structure, and various other features aimed at bolstering the human capital of the corporation.</p> <p>The technology stack powering this project includes Django and Django REST Framework for developing REST APIs and backend management. Flutter Framework is utilized for crafting user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, while FastAPI Python Framework manages the REST API and database operations. PostgreSQL serves as the database system for storing crucial information.</p> <p>To ensure seamless operations, the project leverages Celery and Celery Beat for handling periodic asynchronous tasks. AWS services such as SQS, SES, and S3 are integrated, with SQS acting as a task broker to optimize task management within the system.</p> <p>The project aims to deliver tangible improvements across various key performance indicators, including an enhanced employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) reflecting increased loyalty, a reduced staff turnover rate indicating better retention of valuable talent, and an improved succession rate within the corporate structure.</p>
