Project Management System for a Board Game Company

About the client: The client is a Netherlands-based board game manufacturer with a production facility in China. The company needed a tool for effective communication with stakeholders and for tracking project statuses. 

Challenge: JatApp’s task was to develop a project management application and ensure its stable and efficient performance. This system had to be integrated with the software used by the client’s vendors to get information related to the project activities.

Result: JatApp developed a project management tracking system to help the client synchronize business processes and communicate project statuses to stakeholders. It includes Project status tracking, Deadline management tool, Name selection tool, and other useful functionality for decision making.
