An Interactive Application Allows Fans To Talk With Idols

1. Product features:

• Integrating the account with the Up-T system.
• Fans can track the schedule of their idols and chat with them.
• Fans can take photos with idols during the conversation.
• Conduct video and chat conversations, and record the conversation.
• Perform instant buying and selling transactions within the application with GMO.
• Including CMS for system management.

2. Challenges:

Developing four applications and one web app within a short period (105 days) is challenging for the project team, requiring effort and commitment from all team members.

• Solution: To cope with this challenge, the Newwave Solutions team had to focus on analysing and identifying the critical features of the applications and web app. In addition, we needed to prioritise and evaluate the features, determining which ones were most important and should be developed first.

3. Technical Challenges:

• Integrating the existing system account was a significant challenge for us during application development, requiring the result of an accurate and secure authentication method to ensure user information was kept safe.

Solution: The project team researched and applied advanced authentication methods to ensure that integrating the Up-T account into this application was safe and effective.

• The next issue we encountered was building a real-time socket for chat functionality.

Solution: To ensure smooth and reliable user messaging, the application must be developed with suitable technologies requiring the development team to possess extensive knowledge.

• Finally, the GMO payment issue was also challenging during application development.

Solution: We addressed this by developing a user-friendly payment interface to ensure that payments on the application were quick, convenient, secure, and safe for customers.
