LevelUp | AI-Driven Goal Coaching App

LevelUp is an AI-powered coaching platform that teaches users to turn vague ambitions into clear, trackable goals—using the client’s unique methodology.

• AI-Guided Goal Creation
As users type an initial goal statement, the app’s prompt-based assistant asks clarifying questions (deadlines, amounts, specifics) to shape each entry into a SMART objective.

• Weekly Commitments & Reflections
Once a goal is set, users define small weekly action steps. At week’s end, they reflect on progress and plan next steps—all within the mobile interface.

• Coach Admin Panel
Built on Flutter Web, the admin panel lets coaches create groups, invite users, and monitor every commitment and reflection in a single dashboard—eliminating spreadsheets and manual follow-ups.

• Technology Stack
  • Flutter (iOS, Android & Web)
  • Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions)
  • Prompt-based AI integration

Key Outcomes

• Users moved from vague statements (“I want to be happy”) to fully formulated, deadline-driven goals on their first AI session.

• Coaches no longer chase clients for updates or manage dozens of spreadsheets—everything (weekly commitments, reflections, progress) lives in one place, so they can focus on coaching instead of paperwork.
