Our goal was clear: deliver a secure, intuitive, and accessible banking experience that goes beyond a digital copy of traditional services. 

SoluLab integrated advanced AI components, including a natural-language chatbot and a voice-AI assistant, to support 24/7 customer service and facilitate key banking tasks like account inquiries, transactions, bill payments, and more. 

By embedding these generative AI features directly into the mobile app, Amanbank significantly boosted user engagement and streamlined operations—all while offering personalized, real-time support to their customers.
