Sengled – Boosting cross-cultural adoption

Sengled's Snap is an IoT/smart home lighting system. TTT Studios redesigned the UX and UI for the onboarding process on Sengled's snap app which taught users how to set up and interact with the product. The result was a decreased rate of product returns by 50% in the following months. The redesign greatly improved navigation for users, and enabled them to get more value out of the product.
