Binmile Improved CSAT Scores for Indonesia's Leading Digital Platform by 87%

User-friendly App Design to Improve Performance

Binmile Technologies provided architectural improvements to Nanovest for their application to maintain its scalability. As Nanovest was struggling to engage its customers and gain their loyalty.
It was their utmost priority to hold onto their customers with an efficient and user-friendly application from day one but wouldn't be possible with the ever-growing user base in the future. Therefore, Binmile experts suggested improving the application quality by user acceptance testing for a minimum viable product.

User Acceptance Tests to Improve Customer Satisfaction

User Acceptance Testing was performed to reduce the reporting of critical defects and ensure the performance up to development specifications. Moreover, to identify bugs or defects, ensure that Nanovest's application is error-free, and check it for specified functional requirements Binmile experts also performed manual testing as well.

• Functional testing to verify the application's functioning.
• InsPrint testing and Regression testing to verify that new code hasn’t broken the existing application.
• Smoke testing to verify the core functionality of the application.
• DevOps automation for faster development of new functionalities and easier maintenance of existing deployments.
