In 2020, a client approached us with the idea of building a delivery-focused marketplace inspired by Uber Eats. They needed a platform that would act as a central hub connecting suppliers and retailers, with order aggregation, coordination, and logistics handled in one place. Multi-Vendor was selected as the foundation, and we reworked its architecture to become an order coordination system where profit is generated from margins on connected transactions.

We began with architecture design, analyzing user requirements and documenting modifications before implementation. The platform was enhanced with a powerful backend responsible for smart delivery planning—factoring in delivery slots, vehicle availability, inventory, and package details to create accurate driver routes. A mobile app was also developed, enabling drivers to view routes, scan package labels, and update deliveries in real time, ensuring efficiency across the supply chain.
