Solutions:
We built two secure voice-AI agents for a pharmacogenetics platform working with PBAs. One to authenticate providers during outbound calls, and another to deliver denial notifications with API-powered alternatives, reinforced by RAG-driven insights from published studies.

• Provider Authentication Agent: Voice-AI agent that validates provider identity during outbound calls and securely transfers to the next agent after verification.
• Denial Notification & Alternatives Agent: Notifies providers of drug denials, delivers API-powered alternatives, and uses RAG insights from research to build confidence in recommendations.
