It was very challenging to manage personalized email campaigns to the customer for a franchise owner. Without this, there was a negative impact directly on their sales and customer relationship.

Solution

In order to overcome from client challenge, first of all, we set up a marketing cloud for marketing admin. In this process, we personalize/customize the following things in the marketing cloud which allows franchise owner to set a interaction with his clients.
