We consolidated 4 distinct workflows & marketplace interfaces into a single digital asset marketplace platform to be used by international distribution partners.

• Redesigned the marketplace while synthesizing the competing interests of several NBCU business groups and balancing two external legacy technology vendors
• Created a system that offers different views, workflows and capabilities for different users based on specific permission levels
• The platform is used to distribute digital content and assets to syndicates, airlines and location stations worldwide
