Overview
Lending Gurus is a financing partner for small businesses, offering a wide range of services including SBA loans, equipment financing, and lines of credit. They approached us to upgrade their existing website, which lacked flexibility and a user-friendly interface. Their goal was to simplify content updates, enhance the site’s visual appeal, and implement Salesforce integration for real-time lead management.

Business Needs
The client needed a CMS-powered website that would enable their team to easily manage content, update services, and maintain a professional digital presence. The existing setup lacked flexibility, making content edits time-consuming. Additionally, they needed seamless integration between WordPress and Salesforce to capture and sync user data automatically when visitors applied for financing.

Our Approach
We kicked off the project with a detailed planning session and divided it into two phases:

• Phase 1: WordPress site development with custom CMS pages, an intuitive layout, and brand-consistent UI/UX.

• Phase 2: Salesforce integration to automate data flow from the website and streamline lead processing.

Throughout, we ensured cross-team collaboration between WordPress and Salesforce developers via daily standups and weekly reviews. The roadmap, checkpoints, and continuous communication helped us stay aligned with client expectations.

Final Outcome
In Phase 1, we delivered a clean, responsive WordPress site with 10+ custom CMS pages, integrated SEO tools, spam protection (Akismet), Jetpack for performance, and Contact Form 7 for user interaction. The design focused on visual clarity, trust-building elements like testimonials, and strong calls to action.

In Phase 2, we developed a secure WordPress–Salesforce bridge using OAuth 2.0 and the Salesforce REST API. We added custom objects, lead conversion flows, data validation alerts, and a Lightning dashboard for real-time visibility. This empowered Lending Gurus to manage leads more efficiently and improve customer engagement.
