Hyer is a digital platform that leverages the gig economy to fill on-demand labor needs immediately, through a large, independent workforce that is ready and qualified to work. This enables organizations to flex up and down based on demand, resulting in greater cost control.

Blue Label Labs created a set of web and mobile apps to support this new on-demand labor platform. The app hit #3 in the Apple App Store’s Business Category. Hyer currently serves nearly 100 employers and 250K+ job seekers.

Employers are able to hire workers by category or custom search, find background-checked labor ready to work, set up tasks and pay taskers. Job seekers are able to find work; manage tasks; and improve their reputation through a ratings and review system.
