Mesa by Sidewalk Labs, a Google Company

A smarter solution to manage energy consumption at the office or home

Once again joining forces with the Alphabet/Google company, Sidewalk Labs, Blue Label Labs helped design and develop the app for Mesa: a plug-and-play system that reduces energy consumption at the home or office.

The app we created allows users to interface with the Mesa kit’s provided smart plugs, sensors, and thermostats. Each endpoint connects to the app to provide real-time analysis and feedback of energy consumption at a location as well as simple tools to interface with individual or groups of devices.

Our iterative design and testing methods allowed us to create a product that’s easy to use and informative, allowing users to easily create cost-saving power plans as well as make manual adjustments when necessary.
