AF Gruppen

One of the largest civil engineering and construction companies in Norway turned to Intellectsoft for the digital transformation of their legacy ERP solution with segmented data and outdated functionality. The client requested a single software platform to simplify project management across all company departments, improve partner management, as well as facilitate truck and asset management.

Intellectsoft created 3 interconnected solutions on a single platform that include a labor management portal with scheduling and real-time reporting; a streamlined project management system with a convenient application for on-site inspectors; as well as a mobile solution for truck drivers that facilitates asset delivery and management. The solution we built had a tremendous impact on their business processes and operations as they became more simple, more efficient, and more straightforward.
