The client turned to Intellectsoft with the request to build a multilingual mobile app that will enable JLR’s representatives to overcome language barriers and ensure clear and effortless communication with their clients. 

After months of successful collaboration, we created an iPad application that has a sleek and intuitive interface and covers all language company requirements as it supports 16 languages. Users can seamlessly conduct up to 5 simultaneous conference calls and communicate freely with the participants in their native language with a fast speech-to-text conference call translator.

As a result, our app enabled easy and quality communication for representatives of different language groups all over the world which improved employee productivity and operational effectiveness, as well as boosted customer satisfaction.
